We Book Access

We liaise directly with the estate agent or vendor to arrange access at a time that suits everyone — you don't need to be present on the day.

The Inspection

Ryan carries out a thorough on-site inspection, photographing all key areas and defects. A typical Level 2 survey takes approx. 3 hours.

Your Report

You receive a clear, detailed report — typically within 48 hours — with colour-coded condition ratings, photographs, and a summary of any urgent matters.
